What level of warranty can you offer?
At Advanced Hygienic Cladding Systems we are so confident in the quality of our products and the expertise of our installation teams that all completed works are backed by a full 20 year warranty on both materials and labour; and a lifetime warranty on all our BioClad products.
Does Advanced BioClad® PVC contain antimicrobial protection?
Yes Advanced BioClad® incorporates Biocote® which is a silver based additive offering protection against harmful bacteria such as MRSA, Salmonella, Legionella and Pseudomonas and also stops the build up of black mould. For more detailed information please visit www.biocote.com.
Can Advanced BioClad® PVC be thermoformed?
Yes - our high quality PVC ensures we can create bespoke angles and finishes on site using our heat forming equipment.
Are you one of those "Dot & Dab merchants" that use thinner, inferior PVC?
Advanced BioClad® is 2.5mm thick and uses an all-over adhesive (subject to site survey/suitable substrate), so Advanced BioClad® cannot be called what's sometimes termed as a "dot and dab" merchant.
What is the fire rating of your sheets?
Advanced BioClad® PVC has a fire rating to BS476-7:1971 standard of '1' or Class '0' (when installed on non-combustible substrates).
Due you use a trim system or welded joints?
Advanced BioClad® PVC system trims have an integral gasket system which provides a fully sealed, flush finish. We also offer both hot and cold welded joints to provide a seamless finish ideal for medical enironments.
Satin or gloss finish?
Our BioClad® sheets have an anti-glare satin finish.
What about sustainability?
BioClad® is manufactured only from virgin PVC which is fully recyclable. We take great concern over sustainability issues as a company and refer to the following European PVC industry website for ongoing guidance and appropriate compliance. www.pvc.org
Does BioClad® contain a lead stabilizer?
No, BioClad® uses Zinc stabilizers, all our panels comply with current EU food safe regulations.
