LOCH FYNE RESTAURANT

NEW LOCH FYNE SEAFOOD RESTAURANT IS HOOKED ON ADVANCED

The latest in the hugely successful Loch Fyne restaurants chain opened this month in Didsbury, Manchester. The restaurant's diners can choose from a mouth-watering selection of fresh seafood and shellfish, but will be unaware that the hygiene standards of the food preparation areas are as outstanding as the quality of the food. The main contractor specified that the walls of the new restaurant's kitchens were completely covered in Advanced Hygienic Cladding's maintenance-free 2.5mm thick rigid PVC panel system. The cladding system includes fully sealed gasket trims and features thermofold corners created on-site to ensure a precise fit into door and window apertures, plus a fully bonded application method - all of which ensures there is simply nowhere for dirt to collect. Speaking from the gleaming new kitchens Jo Harbord, of Loch Fyne Restaurants said: 'Today's paying customers have extremely high expectations when visiting restaurants. Our menu features only the best produce, farmed and fished to the highest quality and environmental standards which, when combined with the impeccable food preparation cleanliness that Advanced’s cladding system has created, virtually guarantees customer satisfaction'. The new restaurant is already proving to be very popular, with all 140 covers frequently fully booked, so it's reassuring for Loch Fyne to know that Advanced Hygienic Cladding Systems installation is covered by a 20 year warranty – with no catch...

WALLS CEILINGS & FLOORS

At last a 1stopshop for walls ceilings and floors

Advanced Hygienic Cladding Systems is renowned for its easy- clean PVC wall panels, suspended ceilings and doors, making it first choice with architects and specifiers involved in new build or refurbishment projects for food preparation areas in a huge variety of commercial, educational and medical applications. Advanced's product range has now been further strengthened with the introduction of a flooring division. This also puts an end to the problem of cladding projects being delayed due to waiting for floors to be completed by other contractors – and ensures every surface matches up to Advanced's market-leading hygiene standards. The flooring division specialises in both sheet material and poured resin finishes, depending on individual installation requirements. Advanced's clients include some of the largest hotel and restaurant chains in the country, plus public houses, food manufacturers, hospitals, prisons, schools, universities and hundreds of butchers, bakers, supermarkets and high street food retailers. All Advanced Hygienic Cladding’s wall system products carry a 20 year warranty and the company is accredited with the ISO 9001 Quality Standard.

Colston's Yard Bristol

BRISTOL'S HOT SPOT

Advanced Hygienic Cladding's maintenance-free rigid PVC wall cladding and suspended ceiling system has been extensively installed throughout the kitchen, food lifts and food preparation, wash up & storage areas in the new Colston Yard pub, bar & grill in Bristol. Advanced’s 20 year cladding system warranty, fully sealed gasket trim system, thermofold corners and fully bonded application method sets the highest hygiene standards for food preparation areas and was first choice for interior fit-out specialists, Craftworks. Howard Frank, Craftworks’ proprietor, has specified Advanced’s products for numerous similar projects and said: “Cleanliness has to be the number one priority where food preparation is concerned. I always encourage my clients to opt for Advanced’s cladding system for wall areas as it is the most practical finish available, rather than traditional alternatives like ceramic tiles which can harbour all manner of unwanted problems. The installation offered by a panel-based system is far quicker and easier, maintenance is simple and the finished effect is, in my opinion, the best available” Colston Yard is rapidly becoming one of Bristol’s new hot spots for great beers, wine and food. Formerly the site of the Brewery Tap pub and Smiles Brewery, the majority of the building was derelict prior to purchase by Butcombe Brewery in summer last year. Transforming the building into the Colston Yard called for major yet sensitive redevelopment work, involving huge amounts of concrete reinforcement and underpinning, with the basement housing the kitchens being virtually a cave.
