BioClad has been working with upcoming restaurant chain Smashburger to seal in hygiene as the American brand looks to expand into the UK.
Arriving in Milton Keynes, the new casual dining concept is renowned for using a unique method of “smashing” the beef onto a hot buttered grill and searing in the juices to produce a burger unlike any other.
The restaurants are famous for their innovative burger combinations and creating a localised burger for each region, influenced by local tastes and popular flavours.
